1. Overview
Freedom Financial Sales Hub ("we," "us," or "the platform") provides sales performance, lead management, and reporting tools for licensed life insurance agents and their agencies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account information you provide (name, email, agency role, and upline), sales and production data you enter, and lead records you import or connect from third-party sources such as Google Sheets. We also process operational data required to run the calling features, including Twilio call metadata.
3. How We Use Information
Information is used to operate the platform: tracking KPIs, managing leads, calculating commissions, powering leaderboards, and enabling calls and appointments. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Google Account Data
When you sign in with Google or connect your Google account, we request only the access needed to power the features you use. For Google Calendar, we request permission to read and create events so the platform can show and book your appointments. For lead imports, we use read-only access to the Google Sheets you choose to link, solely to import lead rows into your Fresh leads. We do not modify the contents of your Google account beyond the calendar events you create in the platform, and we do not use Google user data for advertising. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your account settings, and our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Sharing
Data is visible within your agency according to your role and upline (for example, managers can see their downline's production). We share data with service providers that power the platform, such as our database, authentication, and telephony vendors, only as needed to deliver the service.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and production data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.
7. Your Choices
You may update your profile information, disconnect linked integrations, or request account deletion by contacting your agency administrator.
